About The Position

A Manufacturing Maintenance Manager leads all facility and equipment upkeep, focusing on preventing downtime through strategic preventive/predictive maintenance, managing budgets, overseeing repair/installation projects, ensuring safety compliance, and developing/guiding a team of technicians to maintain efficient, reliable, and safe production operations. Key duties involve budget control, parts inventory, vendor management, team training, and collaborating with production to boost uptime and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED minimum.
  • 5+ years' experience in maintenance management role
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute maintenance plans (preventive/predictive) to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
