About The Position

As the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the nation, we build, preserve, and manage program-enriched housing across the country. The Maintenance Manager will work in collaboration with property management to oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for Clare Gardens, a 128-unit affordable property for area families in Denver, CO. This is an on-site position. The idea candidate will have experience NSPIRE inspections.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
Technical expertise in one or more building trade.

Nice To Haves

Technical certifications.
Experience with NSPIRE inspections.

Responsibilities

Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
Clean, repair, and maintain appliances.
Prepare units for new residents, including completing necessary turnover work.
Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
Manage day-to-day maintenance functions.
Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
Coordinate and manage vendor contracts in collaboration with the property management team.
