Key Responsibilities Lead and support maintenance technicians; provide training and skill development Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for production and facility equipment Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Ensure high equipment uptime through downtime analysis and continuous improvement Manage CMMS, work orders, and maintenance records Plan and support equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvements Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and operating costs Partner with Production and Quality to ensure equipment availability and product quality Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and ISO / IATF standards Support Lean initiatives and cost-reduction efforts Qualifications 10+ years of maintenance experience in plastic injection molding 6+ years in a maintenance leadership role Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Able to read schematics, blueprints, and PLC ladder logic Proven leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills You should be proficient in: Injection Molding Experience
