About The Position

Tejas Tubular Products, a leading manufacturer of Oil Country Tubular Goods, is hiring a Maintenance Manager for our Stephenville, TX Tubing Facility at 600 Caporal Ln. Job Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for and supervises the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities used by the organization.

Requirements

Extensive equipment knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, as it relates to equipment and processes.
Able to read and analyze drawings and electrical schematics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least five years of maintenance management experience required.
Experience using Maintenance Management Software.
Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.
Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

Nice To Haves

Experience in mobile equipment maintenance (diesel) a plus.

Responsibilities

Manages the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules in the designated system.
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment.
Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment.
Manages capex for the facilities equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
