About The Position

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager in the Charlotte area. We are

will focus on safe, efficient reliable maintenance and operations of equipment
to ensure the production of quality products and machine up time.

Requirements

• 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
• Mechanical/Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to solve mechanical/electrical problems
• Strong organizational skills
• ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Impeccable interpersonal adaptability
• Demonstrated experience in issue identification and resolution skills
• Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills

Nice To Haves

• Forklift/overhead lift certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Improve the reliability of the equipment.
• Troubleshoot Electronic PLC's Equipment
• Serve as a key resource for safety related issues
• Meet and exceed OSHA requirements for a safe workplace
• Purchasing and vendor relations
• Build and maintain CMMS systems
• Pneumatic/Hydraulics experience
• Welding, Fabricating, Machine tool experience
• Manage rebuilds/installations
• Industrial motors both AC/DC
• Providing leadership, coaching and direction to maintenance staff
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean manufacturing principles.
• Source parts from vendors and to substitute OEM parts with more economical options
• update older equipment
• Electrical skills to include 480Volt experience
• Provide input for capital projects including identifying scope, cost, and milestones.
