The Building Operations Manager ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a 120,000 square-foot corporate campus and Medina Country Club. This role oversees daily building operations, coordinates with internal teams and external vendors, monitors preventive maintenance schedules, and supports business continuity through oversight of power systems and emergency response procedures. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent facility-related needs.
