Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, preferred.
• Experience as a Maintenance leader or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and standard methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. This role involves pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, stooping, kneeling and crawling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure efficient performance of equipment and facilities.
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing mentorship, training, and support.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production and operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
• Implement and lead a preventive maintenance program to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the risk of breakdowns.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
