About The Position

Techo-Bloc is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department at our automated manufacturing facility in Pen Argyl, PA. In this role, you’ll build and improve preventive, proactive, and predictive maintenance programs to support a high-performing operation. Your work directly impacts equipment reliability, production efficiency, and plant performance — and you’ll be the go-to leader when challenges arise. Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day: Hands-on Management Spend the majority of your time (about 80%) on the plant floor, leading and supporting your maintenance team, and 20% performing administrative duties Utilize ERP system to manage and assign workloads Partner closely with Operations leaders to proactively prevent downtime and solve problems fast Oversee a team of plant technicians and specialists regarding maintenance. Act as a point of contact for questions, coaching and guidance. Manage projects for new equipment installations and equipment rebuilds Layout, read and fabricate to construction drawings. Lead troubleshooting through planning, and execution in both mechanical and electrical breakdowns Maintain detailed records of equipment history, repairs, and completed work Manage plant maintenance costs, plant process reliability, and subcontractors onsite at plant location Collaborate with outside contractors, and vendors. Assist with calculations, projections and applications for fabrication and layout.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
  • 5+ years as a maintenance supervisor or similar leadership role
  • 10+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of: Electrical systems, Hydraulics & pneumatics, Automation & mechanical systems, PLCs and plant automation, ERP systems
  • Proven ability to mentor and train others (mechanical + electrical)
  • This position requires being on-call to support a 3 shift operation when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with concrete manufacturing equipment (highly preferred)
