About The Position

Lead maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient fleet and plant performance Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Coach, develop, and support maintenance team members to strengthen skills and accountability Partner with operations to identify improvement opportunities and resolve equipment issues Manage maintenance planning, budgets, parts inventory, and external service providers

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance through collaboration and accountability
  • Proven problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Effective communication skills across operations, leadership, and support functions
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute maintenance activities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and kneel for extended periods during inspections and maintenance activities
  • Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry materials and equipment with reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and around moving equipment while following safety requirements
  • Visual, auditory, and communication ability to safely perform job duties and respond to operational conditions
  • Capacity to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
  • Technical certifications or specialized training in maintenance, reliability, or safety are valued
  • Ongoing learning mindset with the ability to apply technical knowledge to improve equipment reliability and team performance
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

  • Coach, develop, and support maintenance team members to strengthen skills and accountability
