About The Position

Key Responsibilities Maintenance Operations Management Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities Minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs Team Leadership Supervise and train maintenance technicians and engineers Assign daily tasks and monitor performance Ensure proper skill development and safety compliance Equipment Maintenance Maintain production machinery and facility support systems Coordinate installation of new equipment Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations Implement workplace safety procedures Conduct safety audits and risk assessments Budget & Cost Control Manage maintenance spend budgets Control maintenance costs and reduce waste Negotiate with vendors and service providers Continuous Improvement Analyze equipment performance data Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures Support Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives 🎓 Qualifications 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics 🧠Key Skills Leadership and team management Problem-solving and analytical skills Strong technical troubleshooting abilities Budget management Communication and coordination Why Join Us? Requirements

  • 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
