About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and help keep our community safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible maintenance experience, including supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or trade school training preferred.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or campus-style environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor staff
  • Assign and prioritize daily work
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling employees
  • Oversee routine and emergency maintenance
  • Coordinate renovations and unit turnovers
  • Ensure timely, safe grounds upkeep
  • Perform hands-on maintenance as needed
  • Manage work orders and documentation
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs
  • Enforce safety standards and practices
  • Support Life Safety compliance
  • Provide on-call and emergency support
  • Control supplies, materials, and tools for cost effectiveness
  • Assist with emergency preparedness
