About The Position

We are seeking a self-motivated Maintenance Manager to join our 45-unit assisted
living community. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role for someone who enjoys
problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and values connection with
residents and staff. You will be part of a collaborative team where
communication across departments is key to daily operations and resident
well-being.

The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, strong trouble-shooting skills,
and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks in a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with TELS is preferred, but not required. This role also requires a
safe driving history that qualifies you to operate our 14-passenger CMV bus for
resident transportation.

We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of
continuous employment, for candidates who bring the experience needed to step
confidently into this role.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the
company’s 401(k) program.
