We are seeking a self-motivated Maintenance Manager to join our 45-unit assisted living community. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and values connection with residents and staff. You will be part of a collaborative team where communication across departments is key to daily operations and resident well-being. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, strong trouble-shooting skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with TELS is preferred, but not required. This role also requires a safe driving history that qualifies you to operate our 14-passenger CMV bus for resident transportation. We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of continuous employment, for candidates who bring the experience needed to step confidently into this role.
