About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of vehicles across various locations. This role includes providing administrative support to all maintenance functions, communicating daily tasks for the department, and coordinating service maintenance schedules for all vehicles within the pool. The Maintenance Manager will also maintain, monitor, and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Must be computer literate with strong keyboarding skills.
• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role overseeing vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Complex problem-solving skills with proven ability to solve problems independently.
• Excellent multi-tasking and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage, develop, and motivate staff.

• Knowledgeable in rental car procedures and location operations.
