About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility, ensuring that production equipment and the building are well-maintained. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, developing maintenance procedures, and collaborating with various departments to optimize resources while adhering to budget constraints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting (5 years required)
• Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial maintenance practices
• Familiarity with reading schematics and working with logic controllers
• Experience with CMMS (1 year required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (5 years required)
• Certified Facility Manager (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure they are followed
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, costs, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
