About The Position
The Maintenance Manager at TH Foods is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Maintenance Department, ensuring the implementation of LEAN principles to drive a culture of Maintenance Excellence. This role involves managing maintenance employees, scheduling, budgeting, and employee development, while also participating in production meetings to align maintenance resources with operational needs. The Maintenance Manager will lead efforts in root cause analysis for equipment failures, mentor the maintenance team, and manage mechanical contracted services, all while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
