Here at KIK Consumer Products we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities at our facility. This person will enhance the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components. Additional duties involve managing and scheduling facility and equipment work assignments, performing and organizing preventative maintenance, and developing and implementing safety processes and procedures with strong leadership skills. This person will possess a proven track record in developing and supporting long-term maintenance strategies in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
