About The Position
Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Plant 4-Kindig Lane facility in Hanover, PA. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the maintenance and repair of all plant processing and packaging machinery and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production at our food manufacturing facility. This role ensures compliance with all safety, regulatory, and food quality standards while driving efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across the maintenance function.
