About The Position

We are looking to hire a key member of our maintenance team at our Pensacola, FL location. The Maintenance Manager manages the strategic and operational maintenance functions/activities in the plant to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services meeting Kraton standards and is beyond the customer’s expectations. Ensures a safe, environmentally sound, reliable facility by planning, setting standards, and formulating policies; develops procedures and practices, and training. Responsible for auditing, ensuring root cause failure analysis, recommendation, and implementation of improvements, and follow-up.
