About The Position

The Maintenance Manager at Plastipak's Plant City location plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the maintenance program. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of manufacturing maintenance leadership and management experience in a high-volume production site, preferably in the plastics and packaging industry.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience contributing to a successful Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
• Strong track record in shaping a high-performing maintenance program through process design and continuous improvement.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience with extrusion blow molding and injection processes, preferably using Sidel and/or Husky equipment.
• Knowledge of and experience in PM Planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Attain a world-class Maintenance Program at the Plant City Plastipak site.
• Assure optimal performance and production of all equipment and support systems through planned and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure the Maintenance Team has the necessary skills, training, and procedural structure to maintain, repair, and install extrusion blow molding and injection machinery.
• Contribute to the site's cross-functional achievement of Quality, Reliability, Scrap, and Safety goals.
• Foster a culture of Total Maintenance Performance (TMP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety across the site.
