About The Position
The position involves overseeing maintenance operations at a power plant, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with environmental regulations. The role requires the development and implementation of long-range maintenance planning to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of station equipment. The individual will direct subordinate personnel in outage planning and scheduling of maintenance, manage inventory and procurement processes, and maintain a productive and motivated staff through effective human resource management. Additionally, the position entails preparing and monitoring the maintenance budget, representing the company in a professional manner, and translating company goals into tactical plans.
