Requirements

• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.
• 5 - 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or related environment.
• Demonstrated success managing teams, budgets, and large-scale maintenance projects.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree required, master's in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
