Job Purpose and Overview The Maintenance Manager serves as a subject matter expert and resource on projects that require advanced technical knowledge, in addition to ensuring that the plant equipment is always operational and in safe working condition, to prevent production down time. The coordination efforts consist of both inside maintenance and outside contractors. This position is also responsible for the lab and office equipment and for the building structure, parking lots and outside grounds. The Maintenance Manager works under limited supervision to lead and coordinate the activities of the local Maintenance Department to design, process, develop, produce, improve, and test components and systems within Dawn’s manufacturing operations.
