The Maintenance Manager role is based in Memphis, TN (onsite). Where You’ll Make a Difference • Lead and mentor a high‑performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. • Ensure proper staffing and leadership coverage across all shifts to support 24/7 operations. • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime. • Manage maintenance planning, work orders, repairs, calibrations, upgrades, and long‑term infrastructure needs. • Ensure strong CMMS/SAP accuracy related to work orders, PM schedules, spare parts, and equipment history. • Drive measurable improvements in MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and plant asset reliability through targeted corrective actions and root‑cause analyses. • Oversee facility systems including boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, pumps, electrical distribution, and rotating equipment. • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, PSM, MIQA, and corporate safety requirements. • Lead Stores Room operations, overseeing spare parts accuracy, critical spares stock levels, and vendor coordination. • Partner cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing Technology to align maintenance priorities and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • 7–12+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or complex industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading maintenance in large‑scale facilities (250+ employees preferred).
  • Strong background in mechanical reliability, utilities, boilers, pumps, refrigeration, and high‑speed rotating equipment.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, regulated environments, or other safety‑critical industries.
  • Proven success implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Skilled in SAP or other CMMS platforms with strong data accuracy discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
  • Certification in maintenance, reliability, or engineering (e.g., CMRP).
  • Demonstrated success driving 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement initiatives.
