About The Position

As the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the nation, we build, preserve, and manage program-enriched housing across the country. The Maintenance Manager will work in collaboration with property management to oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for Bluff Lake Apartments, a 92-unit affordable housing apartment complex for families in Denver, CO.
