About The Position

Join our team as a Make Ready Tech – From repair to ready, done right What you will be doing: The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to: Caulking Drywall repair Touch up painting Test all locks and key sets Assist in inspection of property Maintaining exterior lighting Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc. Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary Pool maintenance Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.

Requirements

Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Caulking
Drywall repair
Touch up painting
Test all locks and key sets
Assist in inspection of property
Maintaining exterior lighting
Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance
Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc.
Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary
Pool maintenance
Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
