About The Position

The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to: Caulking, Drywall repair, Touch up painting, Test all locks and key sets, Assist in inspection of property, Maintaining exterior lighting, Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance, Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc., Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary, Pool maintenance. Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.

Requirements

• Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
• Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready condition
• Perform caulking
• Conduct drywall repair
• Execute touch up painting
• Test all locks and key sets
• Assist in inspection of property
• Maintain exterior lighting
• Perform ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal
• Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary
• Conduct pool maintenance
• Be available for snow and/or ice and other site emergencies
