As a Maintenance Machinist, you will play a key role in supporting plant operations by ensuring tools, dies, machines, and mechanical components are operating at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include: Set up and operate all machine shop equipment Repair and maintain tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, models, instruments, and mechanical parts Assist with size changeovers to support production requirements Perform complete machine overhauls as needed Set dies in machines for production, testing, experimentation, demonstrations, and training Immediately report accidents, equipment damage, shortages, or any issues that may interrupt operations Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy Operate mills, lathes, grinders, and power tools safely and skillfully Troubleshoot mechanical components of automated production lines Train and develop working knowledge of mechanical systems and components
