About The Position

As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll be troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance of automated woodworking machinery including, but not limited to: CNC, saws, conveyors, finishing equipment, etc.

Requirements

Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings
Ability to make decisions and problem solve under little to no supervision
Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team setting
Foundational electrical knowledge of AC, DC, and Servo systems
Have the drive to develop technical knowledge and comprehension of production machinery

Nice To Haves

PLC programming experience preferred

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, fluid, and hydraulic systems
Completing maintenance requests and assigned work orders in a timely fashion
Assisting in new machinery implementation; including line setup, dust collection installation, plumbing, wiring, and operator training
Performing facility maintenance of steel siding/roofs, overhead doors, loading docks, bathrooms, offices, lighting, etc.
Repairing and maintaining lawn mowers, skid loaders and heavy equipment
Assisting in welding/ fabricating custom parts and machinery
Assisting in production areas when needed
Snow removal during the winter months; landscaping/ grounds keeping during the summer months
