People • Customers • Trust Summary (Scope of the Job) Under general supervision, coordinates and schedules activities in the maintenance area, including corrective, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance, and maintenance planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical/advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Highly organized individual, self-directed with strong written/verbal/email skills – highly skilled in Microsoft platform along with ability to read/utilize blueprints, specifications and CAD files
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing operations
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate percentages.
  • Strong knowledge of corrugator operations and supporting systems.
  • Ability to read a tape measure within 1/16th of an inch.

Responsibilities

  • Input data from PM’s and re-issue PM’s.
  • Order parts and supplies for the plant and office by finding the EOQ and present competitive prices.
  • Maintain plant supply inventory.
  • Get competitive pricing on all orders.
  • Maintain records on purchases, past and present, including purchase order input/receiving records in the Coupa system.
  • Maintain records on forklifts, clamp trucks, past and present.
  • Special projects
  • Keep work area neat and orderly.
  • Performs all duties in a safe manner, while wearing all required PPE and immediately reports any safety concern to management.
  • Attends all safety training supplied by the employer.
