About The Position

This is a temporary summer student position, expected to run from approximately the end of May through August. For ANI's summer student opportunities, priority consideration is given to children of current ANI employees. If we are unable to fill all positions with eligible dependents, we will then consider other qualified candidates. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be actively enrolled in a college, university, or other post-secondary educational program. Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Assist Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator and Maintenance Team Leaders to catalog, organize, photograph, and describe all equipment and their associated facility locations.
  • Assist in categorizing and organizing equipment within storage buildings to promote ease of access and efficient use of space.
  • Develop an inventory system and/or layout that clearly identifies locations of equipment and their associated status (Active/Deactivated/Decommissioned per applicable SOPs).
  • Photograph equipment in their assigned storage area to create a visual reference for inventory management.
  • Ensure that photographs are clear, well-lit, and accurately represent the condition and specifications of each item.
  • Create detailed descriptions for each piece of equipment, including make, model, serial number, condition, and other relevant specifications.
  • Maintain an organized digital and physical inventory database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately reflects current storage conditions and locations.
  • Develop a 'where used' spreadsheet compiling all products or intermediates produced by the equipment (as applicable).
