As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform various maintenance duties including groundskeeping, janitorial, and more. You will work as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS. Your role involves ensuring amenity spaces are well maintained and working properly, maintaining grounds free from trash and debris, and collaborating with management to uphold a clean, safe, and appealing property. You will attend morning staff meetings to discuss daily vendor appointments and required work, communicate professionally with other maintenance workers and staff on special projects, and report maintenance concerns directly to management for repairs. The position requires the ability to move heavy objects and may involve driving maintenance trucks to various locations on the property. You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling maintenance inventory and supplies, and performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
