Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or a related technical field (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current insurance.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Maintenance Supervisor and park leadership to keep the property clean, safe, and well maintained.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, building maintenance, light carpentry, and other small projects.
  • Maintain and repair systems, appliances, and facilities as needed.
  • Mow, weed, edge, and keep grounds and common areas tidy.
  • Operate honey wagon and assist with septic tank pump outs for campers.
  • Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly to management.
  • Assist with pool operations and regular chemical checks.
  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
  • Assist with special projects and community improvements.
  • Operate maintenance vehicles and equipment safely.
  • Support occasional after-hours maintenance needs or emergencies.
