About The Position

Support and work cooperatively with production personnel to assure efficient operation of equipment. Follow and perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment. Create/monitor work orders as necessary to allow scheduled repair(s) and parts tracking/availability. Troubleshoot and repair equipment support systems and components in a timely manner. (Ex. conveyor belts, motors, grinders etc.) Assist in new equipment installation and equipment rebuilds. Assist in back filling positions as needed to cover vacations and time off on other shifts. As well as help provide coverage during working hours to all lines within the plant. Work with brands such as Allen Bradley, SIEMENS, and SEW. Requirements

  • Ability to use machine shop equipment, (punch press, mills, lathe, grinder and hand tools)
  • Proficient SAP skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Office, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings.
  • 50+ pound lifting requirement.
  • 6+ years of experience in a related field; industrial automation experience required; electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance experience.
  • Combination of education and experience which may include skilled trades programs or military training.
  • Training beyond high school including either as Associate Degree in Electronics Technology (or related technical field)
