About The Position
Gold's Gym is seeking a Maintenance Lead to ensure our facilities provide a world-class experience for our members. This role is crucial as we continue to grow and expand our presence. As a Maintenance Lead, you will be challenged to utilize your skills, talents, and abilities while being rewarded for your successes. You will work alongside a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about maintaining the integrity and functionality of our gyms. Your responsibilities will include initiating maintenance and safety programs for various facility equipment, overseeing the cleanliness of our gyms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies such as OSHA. You will also manage maintenance and janitorial staff, plan and schedule facility modifications, and handle deliveries. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues and managing multiple projects effectively. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
