The Maintenance Lead, under general supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, and or Manager; oversees, directs and manages the associates assigned to the area. The role may support the supervisor and or manager with other leadership functions. The Maintenance Lead performs variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities in assigned maintenance operational areas which may include robotic, automation, preventative maintenance, building maintenance, conveyors, equipment maintenance, electrical and performs related work as required. The role will also include but not limited to preventative maintenance across the distribution center, troubleshooting and repair of heavy industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position will be working with robots, AC/DC controls, PLC controlled equipment, pneumatics, hydraulic and electricity and with voltages of up to 480 volts. The job will entail with the direction of the supervisor, leading and supporting the team with preventative maintenance of equipment and the facility/ building, production equipment, and the robotic area, troubleshooting robots, and repairing. Manage projects and plan maintenance work orders. Provide training to lower grade levels. In addition to the technical skills requires the ability to assign work, direct employees, review work performed and documentation on work orders.
