About The Position

Sandalwood Management is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise the maintenance team and assist with general maintenance and upkeep of Dwell at Clearlake in Seabrook, TX. Qualifications WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead maintenance department in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required Work with the property manager on budget and projects Perform various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances Prepare vacant units, complete work orders, and maintain grounds Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance Other maintenance duties as assigned WHAT WE NEED: 3+ years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, appliance repair and installations, etc. Valid driver’s license, required EPA Universal license/ HVAC, required Certified Pool Operator, a plus Ability to work on-call, evenings and rotating weekends, required Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, required Smart phone COMPENSATION: negotiable, depending on experience Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities BENEFITS: Medical, dental and vision benefits packages, company paid life insurance and 401(k) Paid holidays and vacation time Rent discount options (eligibility requirements may apply)

Requirements
