About The Position

We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a
multitude of maintenance lead functions in a flexible, fast-paced production
environment.
Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business
while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and
productivity.
Specific responsibilities include: maintenance crewing (electrical and
mechanical), repair/maintenance of production equipment to optimize machine
reliability, preventive maintenance initiatives, on-going equipment
troubleshooting and repair of machines as well as managing parts/service
sourcing including onsite contractors.
Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime
as required.
The hiring process for successful candidates will include a pre-employment
aptitude test and team interview.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum qualifications for consideration are a high school degree (or equivalent experience) and 2-5 years of maintenance lead experience with at least 2 years with the same employer.
• Candidates for consideration should have troubleshooting skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures and the aptitude to correct those failures.
• Accurately completing administrative documents and following directions are important work traits.
• Candidates must demonstrate technical experience, reliability and the ability to work independently.
• Candidates for this position must also be well versed in various computer systems (word, outlook, excel, etc.).
• Successful candidates will possess strong leadership and organizational skills while also assisting other maintenance techs, as well as performing regular maintenance tasks on the floor on a daily basis.
