Complete work orders and support unit renovations and changeovers with a focus on quality and timeliness. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate renovations/change orders with the Maintenance Supervisor. Conduct inspections to identify and correct maintenance, safety, and environmental issues. Support regulatory surveys, compliance requirements, and plans of correction for life safety deficiencies. Maintain accurate documentation and perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (required)
Valid Driver’s License (required)
3–5 years of experience in maintenance or building operations (required)

Nice To Haves

Experience with chillers, boilers, and HVAC systems is a plus
