About The Position

Work performed in a variety of skilled maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and other related work as required. Work is performed under general supervision and reports to the Assistant Director, Housing Facilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
• One (1) year of maintenance experience in building and/or plant maintenance involving a variety of work such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry required or completion of a standard apprenticeship in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

• Proof of U.S. citizenship or eligibility for U.S. employment is required before employment (Immigration Control Act of 1986).
