About The Position

The Maintenance Lead Technician would be responsible for general upkeep and repair in various communities in the Central Florida Area. The role would be assisting Community Association Managers assess or complete maintenance and improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Valid US driver’s license
• Clean background / NO Felonies
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week
• Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs
• At least 3 years handyman experience
• Must have experience with Drywall
• Must have experience with Power washing
• Must have experience with Painting
• Must have experience with Grout
• Must have experience with Replacing doors
• Must have experience with Caulking

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.
• Provide feedback on other areas of improvement throughout the communities visited.
• Provide estimates for work requested.
• Complete approved projects in a safe and timely manner.
• Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.
