About The Position
The Maintenance Lead position in Shawnee, KS is a full-time, hourly role responsible for directing the Maintenance department and ensuring the effective operation of maintenance activities within the plant. The role includes maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting various mechanical and electrical issues, and leading the installation of new equipment. The Maintenance Lead will also be responsible for modifying process flows to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency, as well as maintaining the building and surrounding facilities. This position requires effective communication with suppliers and contractors and the authority to purchase necessary maintenance supplies.
