About The Position

Arconic is currently in search of a night shift Electro-Mech Leader to join our Cranberry Township, PA. location. This position works a 12-hour shift (6p - 6a) on a 2/3/2 pattern. Responsibilities

• Ensure that proper maintenance is performed for the facilities' machinery to run at maximum efficiency and output.
• Plan and resource preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and maintenance shutdown overhauls of mechanical, electrical, environmental, chemical systems, and PLC controls.
• Manage people effectively to achieve the maintenance department goals.
• Act independently while working closely with management.
