Requirements

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred, but not required.
Ability to use hand tools and follow written/verbal instructions.
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain coolant tanks.
Change filters on machines and equipment.
Provide hands-on assistance to other team members as needed.
Perform general shop and facility upkeep tasks.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Report any unusual situations, safety concerns, or defective materials to supervision.
