About The Position

Under general supervision, perform skilled maintenance and repair work in the various building trades, and to perform other related work as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Any combination of experience and training which would indicate possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed above.
• Valid Basic Class C California Motor Vehicle Operator's License
• Certifications in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry preferred
