Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous maintenance experience preferred
Skills
Should be highly organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work every day.
Must work well both independently and as a team player.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
The environment of the Maintenance employee involves being subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust.

Responsibilities

Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
Hanging of signs, as necessary.
Replacement of burnt-out light bulbs and stained ceiling tiles.
Ensure landscape is appealing. Freshly cut grass, trimmed, swept, watered and trash emptied.
Ensure sales lot, storage closets and maintenance building shed are orderly, clean and free of debris.
Complete minor building repairs.
Trash pick-up throughout entire lot.
Ensure security fence is operational.
Assist in the movement of furniture, as necessary.
Painting interior and exterior, fences, lane lines, etc. as necessary.
Work with gas and electric power tools.
Ensure all building supplies are properly inventoried and adequately stocked.
Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.
Performs general handyman duties, as necessary.
