About The Position

Price Self Storage is a growing company looking for hard working candidates to fill our Maintenance / Janitorial Technician position. The position consists of janitorial work, maintenance of facility and grounds, and some customer service. This position offers a set schedule and no late nights! This is a position that requires the ability to be self-motivated and work solo on projects throughout the facility. Customer interactions are required as we assist customers while on the property, and occasionally assist the Customer Service team with renting units, taking payments, and collections efforts. We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated individual to join our team. We take pride in our facility and want someone that can maintain our facility to our high standards of cleanliness. We are company that prides itself on promoting from within, and have a track record of developing our Maintenance Technicians into: Self Storage Specialists, Property Managers and Maintenance Management positions.
