About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance / Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will perform routine cleaning, basic repairs, and general upkeep of the premises.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Replenish supplies (soap, paper products, etc.)
- Perform basic repairs (light fixtures, door handles, minor plumbing issues)
- Report major maintenance issues to management
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas if required
- Ensure safety standards are met
- Set up or move furniture/equipment as needed
