About The Position
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance & Janitorial Team Member to help keep our facilities clean, safe, and fully functional. Whether you're fixing equipment, managing day-to-day upkeep, or ensuring our spaces stay spotless your role is essential to our success.
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work (preferred, not required)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of offices, common areas, and restrooms
- Handle basic maintenance tasks: minor repairs, minor painting, changing lightbulbs, etc.
- Monitor building safety and report any hazards or needed repairs
- Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies
- Follow safety and cleaning protocols consistently
