About The Position

The Maintenance Janitor at CoreDux USA is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the manufacturing plant and its immediate surroundings. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained according to a specified schedule. The position requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a janitorial or maintenance position or equivalent.
• Familiar with standard cleaning and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Able to follow oral instructions.
• Speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning of all areas of the plant as needed or as specified on the maintenance schedule.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and order supplies as required.
• Verify proper supplies and placement of first aid stations.
• Perform repair and/or replacement of support facilities as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as requested.
