We are currently hiring for: Job Title : Maintenance Inventory Control Clerk Schedule: 1st Shift Job Summary: The Weekend Maintenance Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining and monitoring current inventory levels. The Maintenance Inventory Control Clerk will conduct cycle counts and location audits, assist in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and work with other departments on inventory needs. Compensation Details: Minimum starting wage is $19.43 per hour with experience up to $25 plus $1.50 shift premium

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to read and write English.
Must have an attention to detail.
Experience with inventory management is preferred.
Ability to perform basic math.
Computer experience is required.
Work extended hours, weekends and overtime if needed.
Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
Able to become powered industrial truck or forklift certified.
Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Google Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
Process purchasing orders as required.
Track orders and investigate problems.
Perform physical counts of inventory in order to maintain accurate inventory counts.
Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports.
Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods, restocks items as necessary and labels shelves as necessary.
May lead, guide, and train others.
Participate in the recruitment of volunteers as appropriate to the area of operation.
Perform miscellaneous task as assigned.
Will work on production floor and operate equipment to move product, supplies, et.
Other duties as assigned.
